The classic charms of Cape Cod get a bright, modern update at this quiet home in desirable North Falmouth. It's the best of all worlds - situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac yet only minutes from Megansett Beach (one mile), Old Silver Beach (three miles), and the restaurants and shops of historic Falmouth (eight miles).
This two-story home was designed for stress-free trips to the Cape, easily accessible just nine miles past the Bourne Bridge. Meet up with the Shining Sea Bikeway Northern Trailhead half a mile from your door, bring along the provided chairs and towels on beach days, and take scenic ferry trips to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard from Woods Hole (12 miles).
One of the best parts of this home is how fun it makes your time spent outdoors. Watch your kids play in the fenced backyard as you unwind on the deck with a view of the surrounding trees. There's a Weber gas grill for alfresco dining, a gas fire table on the deck, and a wood-burning Solo Stove with Adirondack chairs for nightly s'mores sessions.
Inside, the house is sunny and comfortable, complete with a newly renovated kitchen, three electric fireplaces, and two living rooms with smart TVs. A bonus den in the finished basement has yet another smart TV, a dart board, and a mini-fridge for your favorite snacks and drinks. In addition to the beds in that den, there are three bedrooms on the main floor and a renovated bathroom on each level. Two split AC systems and individual bedroom air conditioners ensure everyone get's a sound night's sleep.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
