Atlantic Beach is just over six miles away, with historic, charming Beaufort only 11 miles from Matilda's Place. You’ll find plenty of fun in Emerald Isle, 17 miles down the Outer Banks. On the way, stop to check out the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. A multitude of shopping and dining options are as close as three miles from Matilda's. A beach surrey is also available for your own scenic rides. If you'd prefer to stay closer to your vacation home, the neighborhood is nearly a circle mile, making it great for runs, jogging, or strolls. At home, the fully screened porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee, sweet tea in the afternoon, and evening cocktails. Just inside, you’ll find the well-stocked, eat-in kitchen, with a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space for mealtime prep. After a day of outdoor fun, cool off at home in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer makes quick work of any laundry. Entertainment options include two TVs and free WiFi. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
