Important Property Notes • 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan). • Noise Ordinance Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment. • A/C on the Upper Level Only While the Upper Level of Magic on the Hill has central air, the main and lower levels do not. The home is usually kept very pleasant by the elevation, shade, and breeze. Guests are required to sign and abide by the Vacation Rental Agreement provided upon booking. A signed agreement is required within 24 hours of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation. Please check your email or call your host Carolina Mornings Luxury Vacation Rentals if not received after booking. Failure to complete the Vacation Rental Agreement will result in your reservation being canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property.
