Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies will occur. There is the possibility that unscheduled access to the units may be required during certain phases. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Elevator service may be periodically interrupted during this time. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of Vacasa's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted. Located directly on the beach, this two bedroom, two bathroom Lei Lani Tower Condo directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. This remodeled condo features wall to wall porcelain tile and the white, sandy beaches can be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom or the balcony. You are minutes from restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, nightlife and the infamous FloraBama. Walk in and the kitchen is to your left. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up your favorite meal while on vacation. Right past the kitchen is a table with seating for six and three bar stools. Your entire family can eat in during your stay. To the right, as you walk in, is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, 24' Smart TV and DVD player. It is near the second bathroom, located in the hall, with a tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer are behind another door in the hall for your convenience as well. Further to your right is the master bedroom suite.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
