Located on a gorgeous 32-acre property, this new-build 2BR/2BA home offers a tranquil oasis with the modern conveniences of home. Experience ultimate relaxation in the six-person barrel sauna, featuring a window with views of the forest and surroundings. The home features incredible custom woodwork, a wall of windows with serene views, and a brand-new air-conditioning system (installed in Spring 2023). Explore the wooded natural areas around the home. Or you're just an 8-minute drive to Franklin and 20 minutes to Ellsworth. For an amazing day trip, make a visit to Acadia National Park or Bar Harbor. Detailed with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows, the welcoming living area is a prime spot to gather for movie nights. The immaculate kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a two-person kitchen island. The home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in the living area, and a full-size bed in the loft. Please note that the loft is open to the living area below. The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Unwind on the attached screened patio and forest-view balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while an adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer. The covered outdoor space has a gas grill and a two-person bistro table. Enjoy starlit nights around the wood-burning firepit. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have access to the dock on the lake. This property is not equipped with air conditioning.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
