Our facility is freshly remodeled. Each unit is clean, modern and ready to be occupied. With ease and convenience to many of Pittsburgh's, finest dining, trendy neighborhoods and access to Pittsburgh's Greater Business District, 4200 Penn Avenue will be the place for you! Trust me. Our heart was poured into every detail only with you in mind.

Beautiful fully renovated 3 story building in the heart of booming Lawerenceville! This building consists of 4 apartments with mid century modern décor and a little bit of this and that. You will love our units equipped with a super cozy tufted queen bed. The kitchen maybe compact but its packed with amenities!!! It has all you need as far as cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator so on and so forth. You can really make yourself at home here. Its one block away from one of the most state of art Children's Hospital in all of the land.
