Kids and adults will enjoy the saltwater pool and patio on the ground level, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. The gas grill is perfect for making meals poolside. Another impressive outdoor space can be found on the top level of the home, where you’ll find a covered deck with a cozy outdoor couch and even better views of the beach! The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and access to a private deck with spectacular water vistas. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and single vanity sink. The queen-sized bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV and two large windows that allow brilliant sunshine to flow into the space. Children will enjoy the bunk room, which features a twin-over-twin bunk, and loveseat with plenty of space to play. The queen-sized bedroom and the bunk room share a shower-over-tub. Each room has its own toilet and hand sink. Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1st - October 31st. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass.
