It boasts partial ocean views at the small 18 unit Lanikai Resort, which sits just a few steps from Lae Nani Beach in the Wailua area of Kauai! This quiet and private condo has a peaceful lanai where you can eat breakfast each morning, air conditioning in each of the main-size bedrooms which each have their own private bathrooms. A shared, heated, year-round, saltwater oceanfront pool is just 65 steps away where you can sunbathe, dine, and soak in incredible views of the coast. The condo has a large, well-equipped, and newly remodeled kitchen and a full-size washer/dryer. This condo is centrally located with easy access to the island. It is in an extremely walkable area, and sits within steps of Lae Nani Beach and the warm Pacific Ocean. You'll be a short walk down the beach from oceanfront happy hours and top restaurants on Kauai. On the east coast so you can easily drive to any part of the island, 20 miles south to Poipu, or head 25 miles north to Hanalei's beautiful beaches and rugged landscapes.
