**Vacation Begins at Land's End** This stunning ocean-view retreat is fully furnished inside and out, providing family-friendly comfort. Experience luxurious coastal living just steps from the beach and enjoy a range of amenities, including multiple decks with a private pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. Indoor entertainment awaits in the game room, which features a foosball table, a DVD-equipped smart TV, and various classic board games. A screened deck off the main floor is furnished for dining and lounging. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and a full suite of appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. After a day of soaking up the sun, unwind in the living room with your favorite shows and movies on the TV. Central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer complete the home essentials. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' accounts. The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change. Pool heat is optional and provided by a gas heater.

2 dog(s), weighing 60lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 85 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
