The first-level living area is dressed with cool tile floors, vaulted ceilings, lots of comfortable furniture, and an abundance of natural light cascading in through numerous windows and etched-glass doors. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the living room's large flatscreen TV then head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal - you'll have all the stainless steel appliances and counter space you need to get creative with your next homemade meal. You can enjoy a quick breakfast or snack at the breakfast bar and elegant meals in the sunroom with the dining table that seats eight. The sunroom is air-conditioned and features a towel cubby and water toys, and there is ample seating at the far end for entertaining. Outside, you'll find a gorgeous screened-in patio crowned by a private pool and pool spa with canal views, ideal for hot afternoons or with pool heat, perfect for chilly winter days, and you'll love getting your daily intake of vitamin D from the comfort of the lounge chairs. Off the patio, a covered porch is furnished with an outdoor table for four and extra seating, a great place to acquaint yourself with a new novel or a freshly brewed cup of morning coffee. Take the walkway off the pool area to access the home's private dock for a day of fun on the water - you'll love coming back to simply tie your boat off and head inside to bask under the home's luxurious central AC! No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. An optional fee of USD 40 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
