Step through the front door and make your way to the rear of the home where you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a serene living area that looks out over Keuka Lake. Downstairs, enjoy the amazing, open family room/game room complete with a kitchenette, comfortable seating area, foosball table, electronic dart board, stand-up arcade game, gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. Outside, grill up a few family favorites on the furnished deck or walk down to the water where you can set off in one of the provided kayaks, cast a line from the dock, or meet up around the firepit as the stars come out. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
