WELCOME! Our cozy and stylish apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming building with four other apartments. Designed with your comfort in mind, it's the ideal accommodation for up to 2 guests. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. NO PARTIES Please note that our space is not suitable for parties or events, as we strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests. THE SPACE Featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, our apartment boasts a central hub for relaxation. The bedroom is equipped with a dedicated workspace and a spacious custom closet with stunning 8-foot doors. The bathroom has everything you need, including a shower/tub and all the basic essentials. EVERYTHING YOU’D NEED Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals or indulge at some of Providence's fabulous dining options nearby! With seating for two at the island, you can enjoy your meals in style. And after a day of exploring the city, kick back in our comfortable living area with Amazon Prime and Netflix, while you gaze out over the stunning views of the city. We have free parking available for 1 car only.

The best part of this section of the city are the places that are off the beaten path. There are such great places like Bayberry Beer Hall, The Avery, Bucktown, Julian's, NitroBar, Seven Star Bakery & more. But just a short walk away, you can be on Atwell's Ave where the best Italian Restaurants in the city are located... And just over the bridge, is Downtown Providence where you have even more great restaurants, bars and lounges! Also just over the bridge is the Convention Center and the AMP! Essentially you can walk to everything from the apartment - car not needed in this location! We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
