We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. What makes My Perfect Stays so unique is our management team. Combined we have over 50 years of business experience and we know that a great team makes for a great company.

Kai C8 is just steps from Maui’s Sugar Beach! Located in central Maui, this property makes it easy to explore all of Maui. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private lanai with tropical garden views and tranquility. Watch whales breaching from the resort’s oceanfront pool during our winter months and turtles feeding year-round! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is bright and airy! Great top floor location provides quiet accommodations with close proximity to the ocean and pool. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked and convenient for making meals in-house. This home stays cool with a single wall A/C unit located in the upstairs bedroom and a ceiling fan in the main living area. This condo sleeps six, with a Queen size bed in both bedrooms and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper in the main living area. The sofa sleeper has an air mattress attached to the frame that can be blown up using the remote. The master bedroom is separated from the main living area with lovely Hawaiian style plantation shutters. The bathrooms both include a tub/shower combo. This condo comes equipped with TV, cable and complimentary WiFi. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are also provided.

Additional Description: Hono Kai is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There is an on-site coin-operated laundry room. There are no resort or parking fees. Please also note, there is no elevator access at Hono Kai Resort. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
