Modern lines meet the rugged coast of Northern California at this dreamy Sea Ranch retreat. With beautiful wood-paneled ceilings that create an airy ambiance, a furnished patio area to soak up the coastal breeze while looking out to the golf course with a glass of wine in hand, and contemporary furnishings throughout, no one will have trouble feeling right at home in no time. After a fun-filled day at the beach, kick back on the plush sofa with a movie playing on the TV in the living room as the fireplace flickers nearby. If the kiddos want to watch their own shows, the loft area is home to another sofa and TV. Preparing meals will also be a treat with the u-shaped full kitchen boasting wonderful countertops, modern appliances, and all of the utensils needed for any recipe. Not to mention, the high-speed WiFi can assist in streaming favorite shows, sharing memories on social media, or getting a bit of remote work done while away!
Long days of soaking up the Pacific await at this location, as trails leading to the bluffs and beach are mere steps from your front door. A round of 18 awaits at Sea Ranch Golf Links and the Clubhouse can be just the place to take a break from the sunshine. When you need to grab a few necessities from the market or want to check out local shops and restaurants, Gualala sits just two-and-a-half miles up Highway 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
