It has its own parking and amenities, it only shares the pool with this property. There are two large bedrooms, the master suite serving as a living area and a bedroom (almost 450 sqft). There is no formal separate living room as you would have in a typical apartment. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Netflix/internet/utilities all included with 2 50" smart TVs. King bed in the master suite along with a pullout sofa bed. The second bedroom has a pull out memory foam king sofa and can serve as a living area or a bedroom. Kitchenette has range hood oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator and freezer. Unit also has full sized washer and dryer with private laundry room. Pool and hot tub controllable through a smart phone application. Pool is heated during Spring and summer months. Hot tub available all year round. Neighborhood is right across the street to several soccer fields, recreational areas, hiking areas. Multiple vineyards are within a mile of the property as well. Nearest neighbor is well over 300 ft away, so the unit is very private. Hosts recommend having a vehicle on premise. Within 3 miles, there are multiple train (Amtrak) stops which can also be used to travel to coastal San Diego destinations.
