This gorgeous villa is the picture of luxury and convenience, with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the back deck. Summer visitors will love spending time on the private beach (on the private and warm side of the lake!) and taking the provided kayaks and stand-up paddleboards out for lazy afternoons on the lake's sparkling water! Inside, 3,000 square feet of living space spans three well-appointed levels, perfect for families and get-togethers with friends. Enjoying a circular layout around the staircase, the first level is open, spacious, and ideal for older kids to hang out in, with a dining table, a private pool table, and a comfortably furnished entertainment area with a mounted TV and a gas stove. At the far end, you'll find a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a vessel sink, and the home's laundry room housing the private washer/dryer. The lower level also has access to a private patio boasting a comfy hammock steps away from the home's 120-foot stretch of private beach. Head upstairs to the second-level living area featuring access to the furnished deck, a grand entertainment space crowned by a handsome gas fireplace, and lots of natural light cascading through huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from ample granite countertops to stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator, to turn out tonight's home-cooked meal for everyone. Hot-weather meals are best when enjoyed alfresco on the furnished deck, and you'll even have a private gas grill available to throw a little char on today's freshly caught fish. Let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty plates while you spread out some board games, stream your favorite movies and shows, or enjoy a good film plucked from the DVD library.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
