Located in the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, this spacious 5BR/4.5BA home is perfect for large groups. Enjoy four covered balconies and a side patio with a lush lawn. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The inviting main living area has a 75-inch TV, sofa, and two armchairs. A second living area offers a 32-inch TV and sofa, while the third living area has a 50-inch TV, love seat, and chair. The well-appointed kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas stovetop and wall oven. Enjoy morning coffee at the kitchen island, and when it's time to eat, there are two dining areas. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 50-inch TV, and en-suite bath with a tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, a 40-inch TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. A third guest room has a king bed, 40-inch TV, and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed, while the fifth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Each room has its own 32-inch TV. A guest bath includes a tub/shower combination, and an additional half bath provides added convenience. Enjoy the coastal breeze on four large covered balconies, accessible from multiple areas of the home. A side patio features Adirondack seating, well-manicured lawn, and an outdoor shower. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
