Sitting on six wooded acres, this authentic log home away from home enjoys a private location near Black Mountain (seven and a half miles), the Biltmore Estate area (21.4 miles), and downtown Asheville (22.5 miles). Other great local attractions and places to visit include Silverados, Chimney Rock State Park, Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center, Western North Carolina Nature Center, and Fireside Golf Range. This log charmer is surrounded by mountain laurel, rhododendrons, and an abundance of native plants and flowers. Take in the impressive views from the extensive back deck, which also boasts a convenient outdoor dining area and a wonderful lounge space. If you are visiting during the fall and spring months, make sure to keep an eye out as all the colors of nature unfold. The firepit provides you with a fantastic gathering spot where you can share fun stories while roasting s'mores. As you enter this rustic charmer, you will be greeted by a welcoming living room with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. The wood stove is at the center of it all, providing you with a reliable source of heat, especially if you are staying in the winter. Curl up on the sofa and play your favorite board games or stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services and a Sonos sound bar. The cabin's well-equipped kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes. Whip up exquisite homemade meals with all the appliances available and surprise your crew with your culinary skills. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry area with a washer/dryer. The primary suite enjoys a smart TV and an en suite bath with a claw-foot tub. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
