For History Buffs....this subdivision is a Section developed from the historic PO Ranch after 5th Generation family member Robert Boice sold it. Thus this square mile next to the I25 was developed; with the remainder in original pasture. Mr. Boice, Bob to Ellyn and his lovely wife, Jackie, were very close friends. At Ellyn's annual August 'Summer's Last Soiree', Bob stood on her front porch, held up his hand, 'gesturing toward the front pasture' and said, "Ellyn this was what we called our Antelope Valley' with a wistful twinkle in his eye. Nestled in 25 acres of prairie & buffalo grass, so it remains!
Prairie Rose B&B offers its Yellowstone Cattle Baron EnSuite and its Sundance Suite year around; 3 other suites are in Spring & Summer.
