The living area is as cozy as it looks with a gas fireplace and a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances needed to fix mouth-watering meals! The chef of the group will be delighted by the French-door fridge, Espresso maker, French press, stove, oven, dishwasher, and so much more! The first level also features a stackable washer/dryer, an office with a large roll-top desk with a solid oak chair, the main bedroom with an en-suite full bath, and a full bath in the hallway. There is a comfortable bed in the loft area upstairs that has an open semi-private setting, a full closet and dresser, chair, and privacy foliage. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
