Inside, you'll find a comfortable 2-bedroom with queen-sized beds adorned with Casper memory foam mattresses and plush memory foam pillows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. Each bedroom is well furnished along with a desk and chair, providing a designated workspace. The living room features a sofa that can easily convert to a twin-sized bed, providing additional sleeping space or a cozy spot to relax and enjoy a movie night. The 43" 4K Smart TV with Roku brings the perfect combination of size and smart functionality to your entertainment. Stream your favorite shows and movies, or browse through thousands of live channels. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities for your comfort. Each house does not always have parking in front of the house therefore resident need to park on the street, when there ar limited spots for resident parking there is going to be fewer spots available for travelers/guests to park. If you are driving and have a car need to park please let us know so we can give you more detail on parking space. ★ We ask all adult guest to provide government-issued IDs upon check-in per Booking-com rules. ★ Absolute NO parties are allowed. Violator will report to Booking-com with no refund ★ No smoking or pets inside the house, please take off shoes when entering the unit. ★ Only registered Booking-com guest can be allow into the unit. Unauthorized guests will not be allow to stay. ★ Quiet hours 10pm-8am. There are long-term tenants on the 2nd floor, please be mindful of noise. ★ Please note that our house is located next to an elementary school. During the lunch hours, typically around 11:30 am to 1 pm, you may experience some noise as the children come out to play. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when considering our space.
