Chateau Aspen 10 is a deluxe-rated two bedroom, two bath  spacious condominium with hardwood floors, beautiful granite and designer cabinets. It has a full kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area for six, a gas fireplace, TVs in the bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a new king bed, the second bedroom has two twins (will convert to king upon request), and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building’s common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside.
