Coconut Oasis is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home with just under 1700 sq ft living area.
It is located directly on a salt water canal where you can slide open the French doors and welcome in the bay breezes! Set about 2 miles from Anna Maria Island, with direct access to the inter-coastal waterway. You may enjoy all the benefits of the Florida Sunshine away from the traffic.
You will love all the newly updated benefits of this modern coastal home, including the well equipped kitchen. This room has all the necessary amenities for cooking and entertaining. Adjacent is another sitting area along with a dining room table for those memorable family dinners.
In the living room you can enjoy the large flat TV screen or just read a book cuddled up on the couch. The spacious master bedroom which consists of a king size bed also has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the third room offers built in shelves, desk and chair for those working remote along with a pull-out couch.

Within a few minutes you can reach the "Inter-Coastal-Waterway" and further you are able to explore the unique islands of Egmont Key, Anna Maria or Longboat Key.
