A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space. The Captiva room is located off the 2nd floor balcony where your private king room awaits with cozy linens to welcome you in after a fun afternoon. A private ensuite full bathroom with a shower lies steps away. A flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge add to the comfort of your island sabbatical. A table with 2 chairs outside your room allows you to enjoy the outdoor beauty without having to go too far. Indulge in the welcomed island breezes as you catch some rays on the 2nd floor sundeck just outside your abode. Off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis and there is also additional on-street parking. A shimmering, shared pool lies steps from these serene accommodations.
