Upper-floor in a coveted spot in Miami Beach along the famed Collins Avenue. - Newly upgraded w/high-end appliances & furnishings, marble flooring, washer/dryer - Access to amenities like a rooftop pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, and a private beach - Complimentary beach sports - football, volleyball, soccer, Kadima & Backgammon The property is equipped with NoiseAware, a noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. There are also surveillance cameras on the property for your safety and security. There are none inside the property . We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner & toilet paper. However, these are not replenished. The rooms at this complex have different owners, and some rentals are run by outside agencies and not by the owner themselves. Just keep this in mind when you are inquiring or making requests about something at the property. There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged at an additional charge. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. The hotel offers covered parking with fee with in & out privileges. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters are required to provide a government ID and sign a rental agreement prior to the stay. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the property , and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 2000 USD penalty.
