Country charm only 2.5 miles from Purdue University. Get to campus quickly while enjoying the peaceful setting across from Fort Ouiatenon. Walking trail, bicycling routes, and boat ramp located within steps! Quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home fully remodeled in Spring of 2022. Convenient to Purdue & downtown Lafayette. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Musical instruments included in living room in addition to smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy overlooking Fort Ouiatenon from front porch rocking chairs.
Directly across from Fort Ouiatenon public park and the Wabash River. Public ramp for small boat, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, etc. 2 parking spaces at the top of the driveway on level surface. 2-3 additional cars can fit in single lane driveway (steep incline). No parking on grass.
