HI, we are New York Native, Mom and Dad, we have two beautiful children. we love travelling and enjoy nature and community service. we have been hosting for 5 years and we are blessed to have one more place to offer my returning guests, as well as some new ones. It was a joy putting this home together and we hope you will love what we did with the place! Guests are sent instructions on how to check into the house (keypad) as well as all the amenities in the house available for your use while staying after the house is booked! Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, a short ride/drive to everywhere in Charlotte! 5 minute lake Wylie, One block to 6 mile bike & nature trails, basketball, tennis, playground, Carowinds (perfect for all ages!) and 20 minute to downtown charlotte. you will stay and have access to the entire of tiny home unit : 1bed/1bath studio, and functional kitchen. sleep 2 people. has it own separate entrance.

We love this little neighborhood for its proximity to uptown and restaurants, while also offering a quiet place to unwind after a day full of activities! with close to lakes, and leisurely bike rides or walks are greatly encouraged! Not to mention, this trail connects several parks, recreational facilities, shopping and dining areas, gardens, and public art pieces! Uptown Charlotte is only a fifteen minute drive/Uber ride. Or, If transit is more your taste, Multiple stations for the light rail system (Blue Line) are within a short driving distance, as well as various bus routes! There is also ample space in the driveway for cars (see parking rules) if you plan to travel that way! For longer distance travel, we are also located only 5 minutes from both I-77 and I-485 (major interstates). 9 minutes drive to Carowinds Amusement Park. 18 minutes drive to Uptown Charlotte Bank of America Stadium. 20 minutes to CLT airport
