CHAMBERLANDS BEACH & MOUNTAIN CLUB (Available July 1 - Labor Day Weekend)
Included in your rental is a membership card providing access to the amenities available at Chamberlands Beach & Mountain Club. It is one of the most premier subdivisions at Lake Tahoe. See Amenity List Below. The beach also has a historic bar and pier, lake view restaurant and a casual grill.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 10.
2. The interior hot tub room is unavailable for renters/guest use.
3. Parking for 2 vehicles. Carport (1 vehicle). Shared parking lot (1 vehicle). Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. The electric BBQ is only available in the summer.
5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
