Emil works at St Petersburg Fire Rescue as a firefighter/medic and owns Baltic Remodeling, specializing in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Angie has been a licensed realtor and home stager/interior designer for over 15 years. Emil and Angie manage their own vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, and love everything about the vacation rental business. Shuttle service and car rental are available at Tampa International Airport. We are located on the beachside just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. This is a great location for EVERYBODY who just wants to relax and enjoy the white sandy beach and blue ocean, but also who wants to find perfect opportunities for many attractions and fun in the neighborhood of our Motel. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas upon request. A gas barbecue grill is available in the courtyard.
