Bluff View Farm is a unique barn-to-house conversion that marries the rustic charm of a classic barn with the sleek elegance of contemporary design. The home sits on over 14 acres, providing entertainment for guests of all ages. Upon entering the barn, guests are greeted with bright white walls and beautiful wide-plank hardwood floors. The kitchen, located off the entrance, will delight the chef in your group, with high end stainless steel appliances. The large aisle in houses a grand dining table with seating for eight guests. Additional seating along the wall can accommodate an additional six guests. The large picture windows, where the barn doors used to be, allow the sun to brighten and warm the space. The family room invites you to relax on the comfortable couches while warming up by the gas fireplace after a day of exploring the pastures. The tongue and groove walls and ceiling offer warmth to the cozy space. Additional entertainment and TV rooms provide guests with additional room to spread out and enjoy the multi-game game table. The game table can covert into air hockey table, ping-pong, or a pool table. Outside, a true oasis has thoughtfully been designed to maximize relaxation. Whether you want to read a good book while lounging on one of the covered patios, warm up by the a fire in the fire bowl, or lounge in the hot tub, this tranquil retreat is sure to be a favorite mountain retreat for the whole family. If you’re looking to stretch your legs, take a hike around the grounds and take in the breathtaking mountain views from the hiking trails. Bluff View Farm features six sleeping areas, including two master suites, and can accommodate up to fourteen guests. The spacious loft master bedroom has a king bed, TV sitting area, and a private ensuite. There is also a desk for remote work. This bedroom is open to the floor below. The main floor is home to a second master suite with a queen bed and private ensuite with a step-in shower.
