Head out to the heated and cooled garage game room equipped with Ping-Pong, an air hockey table that can be converted into a pool table, foosball, poker table, and more. And when you want to get some fresh air, this home features a screened-in sunroom, a furnished, wraparound upper balcony and lower deck, a lakeside firepit, and a private dock. Set right on the shore of Lake Anna, this family-friendly retreat is the ideal destination for boating, kayaking, swimming, and fishing! If you need any last-minute gear, Anna Point Marina is less than four miles from your door, just across the New Bridge. For a bit of fun away from the water, indulge in a little wine tasting at Lake Anna Winery, just six-and-half miles away. While a day trip up to Fredericksburg offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and all-ages attractions, just 30 miles northeast. THINGS TO KNOW A twin pull-out couch and a double sofa bed in the basement serve as additional sleeping options. Includes two kayaks. High chair, changing table, and Pack-N-Play provided.
