This beautiful 2 bdrm, 1 bath condo is only 100 paces from the beach! This west-facing, first-floor condo (up 1 flight of stairs) allows you beach views from the balcony & amazing sunsets (some obstruction due to palm trees). This unit is very clean with updates throughout, as well as cable TV & WiFi. Perfectly located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Many great restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The St. Pete airport is only 11 miles away, the Tampa airport 25 miles away. Hop on the Suncoast Beach Jolley trolley to check out the St. Pete beach or visit downtown Clearwater.
Indian Rocks Beach is easy to get around and a car is not 100% necessary. Uber or Lyft from the airport and then get around on foot or rent a bike or scooter. Most places are within walking distance or take the trolley!
