Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has 2 double beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. OUTDOORS - Deck with gas barbecue. PARKING - 1 car driveway Other things to note: Minimum renter age 25 Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.
