Relax with all new furnishings, including all new flooring and new fixtures throughout. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a large, flat-screen TV. The attached balcony is a perfect place to enjoy warm Tybee breezes and relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach. Offered by Tybee Vacation Rentals, the brand new, updated kitchen has granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, and microwave and a Keurig for coffee as well as a refrigerator and freezer, which makes guests feel at home while away from home. The kitchen features a beautiful, custom glass tile backsplash that accents the beachy decor perfectly! The comfortable bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a flat-screen TV and built-in shelving and closet space. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub and shower. The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port.
