The shared pool will come in handy for a quick dip or tanning session, and the free trolley stops right out front when you want to venture out a bit further away from home base. You may find it difficult to leave the cool AC and modern comfort of this condo, as you can see the ocean from the porch. But the two patios are just too nice to pass up (especially the one off the carport area with four private chairs). The beachy vibes continue inside with fun decor and furnishings, so everyone can slip into the coastal mindset the moment they arrive. Step into the full kitchen to whip up tasty meals using all of the modern appliances you are used to, and end each dreamy day with a movie playing on the TV in the living room. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, and each guest can watch their own shows before hitting the hay with the TVs available. This idyllic gem won't last long, so book your next dream vacation while it is available! Things to Know Three beach coolers are available for guest use. There is a 150 dollars HOA application fee to rent this retreat. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat from May through October.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
