Beach to Bay 2 is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home that comfortably sleeps 5 guests. You'll find a Queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in the other, featuring an extra-long twin over a queen. Conveniently located between the beach and the bay, this gem offers the comforts of modern charm for your coastal getaway and is sure to exceed your vacation expectations. We're pleased to offer our guests amenities such as 2 parking spaces in the driveway, a shared washer/dryer, air conditioning/heat, high-speed internet, a sound machine (for light sleepers), blackout curtains in both bedrooms, and a fire pit table on the patio. Other things to note Occupants exceeding FIVE will NOT BE PERMITTED TO STAY PAST 10PM. (Children & infants are occupants) No more than 2 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at anytime. For your safety there are outdoor cameras on the front door driveway, back door, and inside the garage laundry area entrances of the property. No pets allowed here, sorry! San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
