Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway near downtown, Lakeland. The entire home is rented and not per room. The home has modern appliances and newly renovated bathrooms with modern bathtubs and vanities, a full kitchen with all necessary items to cook a meal. The backyard is the lake with lots of nature (birds, ducks, ducklings, rabbits, frogs and small and medium sized allegator in water (Please take special care when next to the lake). Go fish from backyard (need a permit). About 45 minutes drive from Tampa International airport and an hour drive from Orlando international airport, this area in Lakeland will provide you an affordable accommodation with some good memories

Residential with a quiet setting, Southern University campus at distant view on the other side of the lake. About 2 miles away from Lakeland downtown, it provides the perfect balance between city and suburban settings. Lake Hollingsworth is about 1.5 miles away from the property which has a 4.5 mile long walkway around its perimeter for walking or biking. Downtown Tampa is about 45 minutes away, take I4 to avoid toll. Disneyland Orlando is about one hour drive, take I4 to avoid traffic.
