Welcome to Change of Venue. Enjoy the beautiful marsh views that are breathtaking at sunset from the screened in porch. This is a fun house for families with a detached garage turned game room with an additional fridge and TV, a large backyard for playing and tons of parking for the entire family. Use a golf cart for a short 1 minute ride to the park and a 4 minute ride to the pools and beach. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities..
