Minutes from the beach and the town of Kings Beach, and less than 20 minutes from 3 major ski areas, this home is the perfect Tahoe retreat. Inside, each room features unique touches that add to the home's stylish appeal. The outdoor space is perfect for summertime fun with 2 decks furnished with patio furniture and a backyard complete with a bocce ball court and horseshoe pits. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

In summer, enjoy nearby National Forest trails or drive 4 minutes to dog-friendly Patton Beach.
