A NOTE FROM YOUR HOST. Welcome to your home away from home. Property use is restricted to the number of guests listed in your reservation with maximum occupancy not being exceeded. All guests to respect “quiet hours” from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pets are allowed only if noted in your reservation. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Smoking, commercial filming, tents, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs. 
If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities. 
This residence is privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. It is of the utmost importance to us to keep the information listed here up to date for accuracy. The island offers world renowned shelling, great biking trails, and kayak opportunities through the Ding Darling Nature Preserve. There are numerous restaurants and, of course, ice cream shops.
