Enjoy the hilltop sunsets of this barndominium apartment located on 46 acres in rural Guadalupe County just 15 miles from New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Seguin, TX. The property has fields of hay growing while other neighbors have large acreage with farm animals and pastureland. Drive past a pond and up a country road past the main home to the rear barn location which has a private yard to enjoy a picnic sitting. It is easy to get around this rural countryside area since most roads have 40-60 mph speed limit and few lights. A town 15 miles away is just a 20-minute drive. The property is in between 2 major highways (I10 and 35) and very close to the 130 tollroad running from Seguin and Austin. Hwy 123 and FM1101 are about 5 miles away. Meyer Road has little traffic and is great for a stroll or bike ride if you like a challenge with some up and down hill movement. Once on the apartment's property, there is gravel road leading up the hill where the apartment is located about 100 feet behind the main house.
