Spacious two bed/two bath oceanfront condo on Amelia Island with beautiful ocean views. Located in the popular Oceans of Amelia complex, this condo offers a fantastic layout, private complex pool, and convenient beach access. This condo has a fantastic layout in the main area (kitchen, dining, and living room) and boasts some of the best views on the island from this living space and the private balcony. With very nice updates, it is also well stocked with all the essentials. This is the perfect place for a beach getaway! It's important to note that parking is limited in this complex and this unit only has one reserved spot. Larger vehicles will fit in the parking space, but are more difficult to maneuver in the parking area. Travelers are welcome to inquire for more information. Make the easy 5-minute drive to the Fernandina Beach Historic District and enjoy the charming downtown area with many great shops and dining options. Other nearby attractions include Fort Clinch State Park, the public Fernandina Beach Golf Club and the historic American Beach.
