Property information

The apartments are located in a new building, which was commissioned only last year. Everything in the house and apartment is new and fresh, after repairs according to modern design projects. Cleanliness and order are our priorities at work. The guest pays an insurance deposit of UAH 2,000 (when staying for 1-13 days), UAH 5,000 (when staying for 14-21 days) or UAH 10,000 (when staying for 22 days or more). Or the equivalent in another currency. After eviction of the guest and acceptance of the apartment, the security deposit is returned.

Neighbourhood information

New building in the city center. Market Square and the Opera House are within walking distance. Near the house and around - a supermarket, pizzeria, restaurant, brewery, bank, pharmacies, playground, parking. Good transport interchange.
