Ava Garden Backpackers is located down the wall of a Great East Africa Rift Valley adjacent Lake manyara national park & 200m near Lake Manyara National park entrance gate on your way to Ngorongoro crater & Serengeti national park. It's a place that provides you with a scenic view of nature & interactions with wild animals especially baboons, and blue monkeys but if you are lucky enough you can spot a herd of Elephants crossing the road from a National park to a nature reserve [not often]. Accommodation is near a village called Mto wa Mbu which accommodates 126 different tribes from all angles of Tanzania but is dominated by Maasai and Iraqw tribe. We offer bed & breakfast but for lunch & dinner you must make order either Vegetarian or non vegetarian Swahili dish, free wi-fi, out door fire place and a Minibar. Due to the location of our accommodation we conduct Joining group or private Safaris to nearby parks [Tarangire, Lake manyara, Serengeti & Ngorongoro conservation area] also trip to Lake Natron, Mount Hanang, great rift valley Nature hike, waterfall visit, village walk, Maasai boma visit and Camping, bike tour and cultural activities. I came from kilimanjaro but currently in Mto wa mbu & Arusha town. My commitments fall in Nature, travel & community activities, in 2019 i had an experience for a month to travel to Tubingen, Germany for environmental exchange program (I would love to have such experience again to same/another country or to host a group of environmental activist).
