“停車空間寬敞，入住完全不用擔心車位的問題。大廳環境寬敞整潔明亮。左前方還有綺麗親子夢想館，提供小朋友安全又舒適的遊戲區，以及小朋友閱讀的優質環境，非常適合親子入住體驗。右前方有休息區，無限提供研磨咖啡、小餅乾、糖果... ，提供給客人聊天使用的服務。服務人員親切禮貌，非常細心處理入住的相關事宜與解說...。 房間及浴室非常乾淨整潔，讓人不會有不適的感覺。整體環境優良，確實是一家很用心的商旅。 下回再到宜蘭，我一樣會避開擁擠的城鎮，入住這家有海港環境的優質商旅。”

“這應該是5訪了😁 每次來體驗都很好，服務人員親切有禮，房間乾淨整潔，隔音也很好。真要說美中不足之處就是希望可以恢復早餐自助bar，以及兒童遊戲室能增加充氣彈跳床。 格外一提，我們在綺麗觀光園區不小心遺漏了小朋友的手環，向櫃台反應後人員相當熱心協助找尋並且積極聯絡，雖然最後沒能找到，還是大推服務相當好👍”

“服務人員都很熱情，房間很乾淨，因為清晨四點去參加水上活動，想說加錢延後退房，因為要回去梳洗，我們和服務人員解釋一番，櫃檯很通情達理的跟我們說，他願意等我們趕緊梳洗完畢，當下聽到真的很窩心，未來如果還有來這附近玩，住宿首選一定是綺麗😆，早餐也是送至房間，不用和其他人擠在一起吃飯👍🏻”

“一樓有孩子遊戲區，超適合讓小孩放電。家長可以在旁邊坐著喝咖啡聊天。房間很乾淨，床鋪很舒服，浴室沒有霉味，很寬敞乾淨。很貼心的是，桌上還有附贈小寶石，小孩看了很開心。”
