For security purposes, guests are required to present the original credit card used for payment upon check-in. The card must be verified through our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system in accordance with banking security guidelines.

If the original credit card cannot be presented, the hotel reserves the right to charge another available credit card or an alternative payment method provided at check-in. Any prior payments made will be refunded to the original credit card, with a 5% deduction for credit card fees.

Please note that in cases of missing or damaged items, such as furniture, electronics, stained linens or towels, resulting from the guest’s actions.

Guests will be responsible for covering the repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.

Any special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.

-Stays on 31 December 2025 include a New Year’s Eve Dinner for the booked base occupancy at no extra charge, valid for bookings from 26 September 2025 onwards until seats are fully booked.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
