This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With its location close to the beach and nearby restaurants, you can enjoy all the perks of the seaside living. For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave. For stays longer than 28 nights electricity usage is not included and will be charged at 7 THB/kw.

Neighbourhood information

The Condo is located just a 8-10 mins walk from Surin Beach and within 5 mins drive from Bang Tao Beach. Within 100 meters from the building, you'll find a Thai restaurant, a Thai and Western restaurant, a massage shop and a nail spa. At the corner, there is a motorbike rental shop. You can also walk about 400 meters to the "beachside" road, turning to the left you'll find a Muay Thai gym, minimart, restaurants, and local shops. Within a 6-8-mins drive there is the elite Laguna with its golf course, restaurants, boutiques and SPAs, as well as the Blue Tree Water Park, the shopping street Boat Avenue and the new Porto De Phuket shopping complex. Bang Tao Beach offers the famous Catch Beach Club and also Dream Beach Club.
