Condo St Maarten residence has two accommodations’ type: The panoramic apartment seafront and the standard one on the side of the property. The modern style apartments are spacious, in a quiet and gated residential area. The panoramic condo is a 970 square feet apartment where you can have up to 4 people. From your bed you will have a breathtaking view on the bay just like on a boat. You will be able to admire the cruise ships coming to Philipsburg, as well as Saba and St Kitts islands. From the terrace you will be cradled by the soothing sound of the waves. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a sofa bed. From the shower you will have a sea view thanks to the glass panel. The standard condo is 430 square feet apartment for 2 people. You will have a nice sea view from the bathroom and the terrace. There is a king size in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is very spacious.
