A sunny 2-room apartment with pleasant energy and a stable climate all year round offers the perfect combination of city living and home comfort. The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a spacious living area, a smart TV with CZ/SK channels, Wi-Fi, a separate bedroom, a walk-in closet, a balcony, a toilet, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and washing machine. The apartment is non-smoking. The gated complex provides private parking and storage space for bicycles.
The apartment is located in a quiet part of Piestany, just a few minutes’ walk from the Vah River (7 min.), the Town Park (10 min.), and the city center (15 min.). The Piestany Spa is 5 minutes by car or a 25-minute walk. Sports and leisure opportunities include cycling routes around Lake Slnava and the Vah River (approx. 12 km route suitable also for families with children), the Vah Cycle Route, Tematin Castle, Beckov Castle, Cachtice Castle and Museum, Eco Park, Miniature Park, and golf at the Golf & Country Club Piestany. Summer activities: Lake Horna Streda, Slnava Reservoir, Piestany Spa, Eva outdoor swimming pool. Winter activities: Ski resorts Ski Bezovec and Ski Centrum Kalnica.
