We are pleased to welcome you in our house! Our guest houses have the name «VIKSI» these are the first letters of our names: Vadim Irina and our children Ksenia and Ilya. We are active, we like to travel, meet new people and receive guests. We do not live in this house, but we can come if necessary. Usually we come to clean and try not to disturb the guests with her presence, but ensure you a comfortable and simple self-arrival. Dear guests, in our guest house has a self-service check-in system, we do not meet guests and we do not have a reception, we'll leave the keys for you. Please contact us for arrival instructions! ABOUT OUR Guesthouse: Our guest house is located in two buildings located together. If you would like to book several rooms at the same time, please contact us and we will help you select rooms that are located in the same building. There are 15 comfortable and spacious rooms . Each room has good beds, cabinets, chairs and everything you need. Ceiling height 280 cm. only 4 rooms with a view of the river Ljubljanica and Ljubljana Castle. There are 2 shared toilet and shower on the floor. Shared kitchens are available for some rooms where you can cook your own meals.

Our beautiful city can offer in walking distance and experience the vibe of living by the river. Train station and main bus station are 30 minutes away on foot or by taxi (around 7 Euro). PARKING OPTIONS Our guesthouse is located in the very center of the historical part of Ljubljana on a pedestrian street and does not have its own parking. You can park your car (At a distance of 300-500 meters): 1. in the parking along the street. Park only along the white lines with the parking sign. from 7.00 - 19.00 other times and weekend- free of charge. Payment in advance (you need to pay at 7.00 for the new day!)
